All our services are subject exclusively to the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen 2017 („ADSp 2017“) (German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions 2017) or, to the extent the services provided are not in scope of ADSp 2017, to the General Terms and Conditions of Logistics-Services Providers („Logistik-AGB“). Pursuant to clause 23 ADSp 2017, the liability for loss and damage of goods, is additionally limited to Euro 1 Million and 2 SDR/kg per claim and Euro 2 Million and 2 SDR/kg per event, whichever is higher respectively, whereas multimodal transportation with involvement of carriage of goods by sea is limited to 2 SDR/kg.

§2 Extend of processing personal data

Our website can be used without disclosure of any personal data. We process, with the exception of those technical connection details referred to in §3 no personal data or store such data permanently beyond the utilization of our Website.

§3 Automatic data collection

Due to technical reasons it is essential to temporary store the IP address, date, time, type of browser, operating system of your device, pages viewed on our website, inquiring internet service provider and website from which you navigated our website. This anonymous data allow no identification of a particular person.

The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary in order to enable the delivery of the website to the device of the user. It is necessary to store the IP address for the duration of the computer session. The temporary storage for this purpose therefore has its legal basis as legitimate interest as per art. 6, section 1, letter (f) GDPR

Our website may contain embedded third party online content, e.g. videos hosted on youtube.com or vimeo.com, maps from maps.google.com or graphics from other websites. The usage of this content is based on the awareness of the the IP address of the user by the provider since without the IP address the content cannot be delivered to the browser of the user. The IP address is necessary for the presentation of the content. We endeavor to use only embedded content from providers who use the IP for delivery purposes only. However we have no controlling influence should a third party store the IP e.g. for statistical evaluation. § 4 Usage of Cookies

So called cookies are used to recognize multiple usage of our website by the same user. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your internet browser. § 7 Right to appeal and supervisory authority

Irrespective of any other administrative proceeding or appeal to the courts you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, especially in the member state of the European Community of your place of residence, place of your employment or at the place of the conjectured violation in case you consider the processing of your personal data unlawful according to GDPR.

The supervisory authority where the complaint has been filed notifies the claimant about the state of affairs and the result of the complaint including the facility of an appeal to the courts as per art. 78 GDPR.
